To preserve and sustain the natural beauty of the Cross Creek community by every member performing in good faith and acting as stewards for the preservation of our homes and common areas.  Our members enjoy a deep appreciation for nature. We recognize the uniqueness of our community nestled beside Lake Santeetlah and surrounded by the Nantahala Forest.

Mission Statement

To ensure the longevity of Cross Creek we agree to...

· adhere to the Cross Creek HOA  Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions,     Policies and Guidelines which will help assure the achievement of the Cross Creek Vision;

· support sound fiscal policies to provide for the depreciation and ongoing maintenance of the Association properties and utilities;

· support practices and policies that ensure the safety of community property and owners;

· acquainted with and respectful of our neighbors;

· preserve real estate values;

· ensure generations to come will enjoy the legacy of the Cross Creek lifestyle.
